非常好的觀點,所以我認為預估工時的目的是要衡量與目標之間的距離,以及後續優化用,如果被用來變成「績效考核」的工具,那就沒意義了,就好像考試重要的是驗證自己哪邊還不會,如果只剩下追求高分,甚至為了追求高分不擇手段,就失去意義了,這的確還需要很多的組織溝通與觀念釐清
